Thank you for choosing Heartwork. Every piece we create is thoughtfully handmade, and we’re so grateful to have you as part of our journey. While we hope you absolutely love what you receive, we understand that sometimes things may not work out—and we're here to help.

Order Cancellation

Since each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns (For Damaged Products Only)

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please write to us at hello@heartworkindia.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Kindly share clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Our team will review your request, and based on the assessment, we’ll guide you through the next steps—be it a replacement or, in some cases, a refund.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • All returns are subject to approval by our Quality Check team.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

  • Misprints or slight colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. These variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted work and a mark of authenticity in each Heartwork piece.

Exchanges

We’re happy to help you find a better fit or style. To request an exchange, email us at hello@heartworkindia.comwithin 3 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will get back to you with the next steps, and we ask that you ship the product back within the timeline shared.

Exchanges are processed only if the product is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact

Once received and approved by our Quality Check team, your exchange will be initiated as per our usual shipping timelines. Please remember—most Heartwork pieces are made to order, and this process may take a few days.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

  • Products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.

  • Products purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

  • Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • All exchange or return requests must be made via email to hello@heartworkindia.com only.

  • Kindly ensure the product is unused, unworn, and has all original tags and packaging intact.
