Delivery & Shipping

Shipping Timeline: Our standard shipping timeline is between 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Dispatch time, where your order is handed over to our courier partners, is typically within 2 working days after the order is placed (T+2 working days).

No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of our handmade products.

Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the damage and, if applicable, initiate a process for a replacement. The damaged product must be returned in its original packaging.
